Installation Guides for Curve Ceiling Board 1.Direction of Bending The orientation of the reinforcing fiber is in parallel along the long side of the board. The best bending direction should be in parallel to the reinforcing fiber ( i.e. parallel to the long sides. ) 2.Application of Water
3 Bending Saturated board is bent by pressing it slowly to the pre-shaped suspension frame. During the boards is bending, attention have to pay for any crack appears. If so happens, this means that the board is not saturated and water should be applied again. For bending the board in small radius (around 100mm), a molding have to use for the board bending instead of bending at the suspension at the suspension frame. Make sure that the board must saturated with water. ) 4.Board Fixing Fixing of board is by means of using countersunk head screws ( dia. 7 x 20mm ) at 250-300mmm c/c along the suspension system. |

5.Minimum Radius for Curve Ceiling Board
| Thickness | Min. radius without water | Min. radius with water |
| 5mm | 1.5m | 150mm |
| 6mm | 2.0m | 200mm |
6.Dry out Period
Under normal circumstances, saturated board takes 3 to 4 days to
dry out. This mean that other decorative finishes are
not recommended to apply until 4 days later.
7.Precautions
Properties of Curve Ceiling Board is similar to other gypsum board products. It is not recommended to use in location with direct exposure to water for long period; otherwise, the Curve Ceiling Board will be deteriorated easily.
Store the board horizontally in a dry place with adequate stacking.
For use in humid areas, water-proof coating or special treatments should apply to the Curve Ceiling Board surface.
