Semi-Frame Ceiling Systems

"KMC" Semi-Frame panels produced on advanced equipment, with several leveling stages in the production process, consists of high quality pecision engineered panels and flat and dimensionally stable.

The panels have a flange on each end which lay on to the bearer beam. The height of the flanged sides of the panels is adjusted according to the length of the panels to increase stability.

The panels are available with an optional 3mm thick gasket to reduce vibration noise and control air leakage.

• The semi-frame type system’s suspension structure consists of exposed bearer beam which are installed parallel to each other to form continuous main course. 

• These are cross-braced by distancing profile at maximum distance of 1200mm to ensure that the spacing between runners is maintained.

The spacing between the runners corresponds to the exposed visual length of the panel, and the flanges at each end of the panel rest on the bearer beam.
