Specifications
Louvres frames shall be constructed from aluminium alloy 6063 T5. Holding clips are injection moulded from U-V resistance polypropylene. Pivot bearings are forged aluminium riveted to extruded aluminium pantograph operating bars. For 152mm type the blades are spaced at 139.7mm centres which allows a overlap of 12.7mm. The toggle link exerts a locking force upon closure and are connected to operating bars by SUS 303 stainless steel rivets.
Weathertight Seal
Injection moulded polypropylene clip in smooth gentle curves provides elegance and stability. The clip swipes against the aluminium channel surface and couples with the air chambers create a truly effective sea
Robust Construction
The aluminium alloy bearing forged to a sunken cavity provides a 8-point interlocking hold onto the clip ensuring a tight fit connection. This is of paramount importance for the blades to close tight under constant compression. Rivetting technique is a state-of-art drawn- down washer ring resulting in sturdy operation of the pantograph bars and toggle link.
Finishes
Aluminium frame in anodised finish and powder coated colours. The polypropylene clips are available in standard black, white, grey and brown. Special colours to match; subject to commercial viability.
Control
Single control up to 9 Blades. Double control up to 18 Blades. Custom made height up to 32 Blades (4495mm). Height may be extended by the marrying of sets.
